With over 20 years of experience in talent and HR leadership, our founder, Marie Findlay has worked with organizations to design scalable talent strategies, modernize recruiting and HR functions, and lead transformational change initiatives.

Bringing a unique combination of enterprise HR strategy and operational talent acquistion experience, coupled with AI-enabled transformation, Marie has helped companies align their people strategy to business outcomes.

Starting her career in the UK, Marie has worked across global organizations including Walmart and Kellogg to design scalable hiring models, modernize processes, and drive meaningful change.

Having recently transitioned from corporate leadership into entrepreneurship, Marie also brings a personal perspective and practical insight to professionals navigating pivotal moments in their career.
